Compensation & Process Optimization

The Division's Compensation and Process Optimization team provides leadership in the development of the University's compensation, reward & recognition and performance assessment policies, strategies and programs.

In addition, it provides a broad range of professional services relating to the compensation of staff and identifies technical enhancements that enhance core HR and Payroll functions and strengthen overall HR service delivery.
