Welcome to the new HR & Equity website!

We've reviewed and revamped the content, redesigned the layout, and given it a visual makeover. More importantly, we've extensively reorganized our content to make finding the information you need as intuitive and easy as possible.

Throughout the process we've had groups of current and prospective employees review and test the site to ensure it's a helpful tool for you.

Among other improvements, the site also includes several new features, such as:

• A mobile-friendly version, optimized to run on smartphones and portable electronic devices, without sacrificing content or ease-of-access;
• A centralized HR & Equity contact directory, with search and print functionality;
• A consolidated table of Collective Agreements;
• A comprehensive, easy-to-navigate list of Policies and Guidelines; and,
• A ‘Popular Searches' section on the homepage, linking to the most sought-after content on the website.
