The Canadian Union of Public Employees, Local 3902 Unit 1 (CUPE Local 3902) represents University of Toronto students, mainly graduate students working as Teaching Assistants, Teaching Laboratory Assistants, markers, graders and instructors.

Benefits
Effective August 31, 2009:
- The Dental Rebate Program ended, claims incurred between September 1, 2008 up to and including August 31, 2009 will be accepted until September 30, 2009.
- Health Care Spending ended, claims incurred between September 1, 2008 up to and including August 31, 2009 will be accepted until October 30, 2009
Effective September 1, 2009:
The Union shall assume responsibility for this plan commencing with the 2009/10 plan year. The parties recognize that the coverage and plan design may change once the Union takes responsibility for the Health Care Spending Plan. For more information please visit:
