Orientation

Welcome to the University of Toronto!

The New Staff and Faculty Orientation session is designed to provide new employees with an understanding of the University’s organization and environment.

Topics will include:

• The history and structure of the University;
• Understanding the broader context of Towards 2030 and how it is applied across the University;
• Equity, diversity and inclusivity;
• Career development;
• A safe and healthy workplace; and,
• Cultural and recreational opportunities for employees.

Registration: 

Invitations are sent directly to new staff and faculty. Seating is limited so please register early. For staff and faculty interested in attending who are not new hires and have been with the University for less than five years, please email chris.berriault@utoronto.ca to register. If space is available you will receive an email confirmation.
