The Employee & Family Assistance Program offers counselling, coaching, information, and support for all types of issues relating to mental health, health management, and achieving greater personal well-being.
The Family Care Office provides free, confidential information, resources, educational programming, guidance and referrals to all members of the University community regarding a broad range of family matters.
The Health & Well-Being Programs & Services office manages all aspects of Workplace Safety & Insurance Board claims management, including coordinating and assisting both employees and their managers in returning to their regular or accommodated work following a workplace injury.

Exercise has many physical and emotional benefits. Take a break from the screen, put down your project and get your sweat on.
UTM: A reduced-rate joint membership to UTM facilities, called Plan B, is available. Faculty and staff may also choose from a joint membership plan which provides access to facilities on the St. George and Mississauga campuses.
UTSG: The Joint Membership Plan offers a unique partnership of services and programs including the Athletic Centre, the Faculty Club and Hart House.
UTSC: A reduced-rate joint membership to UTSC facilities, called Plan B, is available.

Already knee deep in projects and need a little boost to the finish line? Take the time to thank your colleagues for helping you get there. The True Blue Recognition Platform allows you to recognize small victories and day-to-day accomplishments in real time.
