Performance planning and assessment is an ongoing process of communication between managers and their staff. The process involves a proactive planning component at the beginning of the year, ongoing feedback and coaching during the year, and an end-of-year assessment of the staff member’s success in achieving their goals and objectives.
New Software Launching October 1
Please be aware that the previous Performance Management software, Halogen, will no longer be available to users as of September 30, 2019. As of October 1, the Performance & Goals process will transition to the Employee SuccessFactors Performance & Goals platform. Employees who completed forms in Halogen will find their records transferred to Employee SuccessFactors in the coming months.
Employee SuccessFactors is the University’s new HR Talent Management suite. The new Performance & Goals Module is an enhanced goal planning and performance management experience where employees can define and track progress against operational and strategic objectives.
